About Us

Leonard Homes builds quality new residential homes with a strong focus on looking after our clients from slab to handover. We are looking for an experienced, organised, and client-focused Construction Supervisor to join our team full-time and run residential builds from start to finish.

The Role

You will oversee the day-to-day construction of new homes, keeping jobs moving smoothly while maintaining high standards on site and great communication with homeowners. Your core responsibilities include:

• Scheduling, coordinating, and managing trades and suppliers on site.
• Providing regular, clear progress updates to clients and handling site walkthroughs.
• Conducting quality assurance checks at every stage to ensure builds meet plans, specifications, and Australian Standards.
• Managing build schedules and site budgets so homes are delivered on time and on budget.
• Enforcing site safety and WHS compliance across all jobs.
• Resolving site issues and variations quickly with the office team, trades, and clients.

What We Are Looking For

• Current QBCC Site Supervisor (or Builder) licence (essential).
• Proven experience supervising new residential home construction in Queensland.
• Strong communication skills and a genuine commitment to a great client experience.
• Solid knowledge of the NCC, Queensland building codes, and residential construction stages.
• An existing network of reliable local trades and contacts is highly regarded.
• Current Australian driver's licence and Construction Induction White Card.
