Responsibilities
  • Supervise daily operations on the construction site, ensuring adherence to project plans and specifications.
  • Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and laborers to facilitate smooth workflow.
  • Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders regarding timelines and milestones.
  • Enforce safety protocols in compliance with OSHA regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Conduct quality control inspections to ensure work meets industry standards and project specifications.
  • Utilize construction management software such as ProCore, Primavera P6, and HeavyBid for project scheduling and budgeting.
  • Read blueprints and schematics to effectively manage construction tasks and resolve issues as they arise.
  • Assist in contract negotiations and manage contract compliance throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Train and mentor team members, fostering a collaborative work environment.
