JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Site Supervisor to oversee construction projects and ensure they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a thorough understanding of construction management practices. You will be responsible for coordinating all site activities, managing personnel, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.

• Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and laborers to facilitate smooth workflow.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders regarding timelines and milestones.
• Enforce safety protocols in compliance with OSHA regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
• Conduct quality control inspections to ensure work meets industry standards and project specifications.
• Utilize construction management software such as ProCore, Primavera P6, and HeavyBid for project scheduling and budgeting.
• Read blueprints and schematics to effectively manage construction tasks and resolve issues as they arise.
• Assist in contract negotiations and manage contract compliance throughout the project lifecycle.
• Train and mentor team members, fostering a collaborative work environment.
