OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Labourer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting with various tasks on-site, ensuring that projects are completed efficiently and safely. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work well within a team environment.

EXPERIENCE

• Previous experience in a labouring or construction role is preferred but not essential.
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
• Basic knowledge of health and safety practices in a construction environment is advantageous.
• Physical fitness and stamina to perform manual tasks throughout the day.
• Willingness to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities as needed.

• Assist in the loading and unloading of materials and equipment.
• Perform general site maintenance and cleaning duties.
• Follow instructions from supervisors to ensure tasks are completed correctly.
• Operate basic hand tools and machinery as required.
• Help with the assembly or disassembly of structures or equipment.
• Maintain a safe working environment by adhering to health and safety regulations.
• Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines.
