Job Title: Site Supervisor*
Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and experienced Site Supervisor to oversee daily operations at our worksite. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing staff, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, coordinating tasks according to priorities and plans, and ensuring that work is completed on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate all on-site activities
  • Manage and lead site workers and subcontractors
  • Monitor progress and prepare reports for senior management
  • Ensure that health and safety regulations are followed at all times
  • Inspect work to ensure compliance with quality standards
  • Resolve any problems or conflicts that may arise on-site
  • Maintain records of site activities, including labor, materials, and equipment
  • Communicate project status and updates with project managers and stakeholders
  • Order materials and schedule deliveries
  • Ensure adherence to project timelines and budgets

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Site Supervisor or similar role
  • Strong knowledge of construction/installation processes, safety regulations, and quality standards
  • Leadership skills and the ability to manage a team effectively
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to read blueprints, drawings, and specifications
  • Basic computer skills (e.g., Microsoft Office, project management software)
  • Valid driver’s license (if travel is required)

Education and Experience:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (required)
  • Diploma or degree in construction management, civil engineering, or related field (preferred)
  • Certifications in site safety (e.g., OSHA, SMSTS) are a plus
  • Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in a supervisory role
