Power Force Building Contracting is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Supervisor to join our team. The Site Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing all on-site activities, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with quality and safety standards.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum [7] years of experience as a Site Engineer or in a similar role within a fit-out or interior construction company.

Skills:

  • understanding of fit-out construction techniques and interior finishing standards.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to interpret technical drawings and blueprints accurately.

Certifications: Relevant certifications or licenses (e.g., Health & Safety certifications, Project Management certifications) are advantageous.

Responsibilities
  • Coordination and Monitoring: Facilitate coordination among contractors, monitor daily attendance, and provide reports.
  • Project Management: Supervise fit-out projects from start to finish, ensuring adherence to design, quality, and schedule.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and guide a team of Technicians, delegate tasks, monitor progress, and maintain a productive work environment.
  • Technical Support: Support Project Engineers in reviewing project documents and ensuring technical feasibility.
  • Documentation: Prepare detailed reports, and maintain records of inspections, meetings, and project documentation.
  • Communication: Maintain clear communication channels with stakeholders, provide updates on project status, and address concerns promptly.
  • Safety and Compliance: Enforce safety protocols, identify hazards, and ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Problem-Solving: Proactively identify and resolve challenges during the project, collaborating with the team to find solutions.
  • Client Relations: Foster positive relationships with clients, address inquiries, and ensure project meets or exceeds expectations.
  • Cost Management: Monitor project costs, identify cost-saving opportunities, and ensure budget compliance.
  • Procurement and Logistics: Coordinate requisition of materials, equipment, and PPE, expedite approvals, and follow permit procedures.
  • Internal Collaboration: Communicate with internal teams for material approvals, resolve project issues, and escalate concerns when necessary.
  • Compile and maintain daily attendance records for Power Force workers assigned to the project site, ensuring accuracy and consistency. Verify the records with the Project Manager and promptly submit them to the HR Department on a regular basis.
