JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Site Supervisor to join our dynamic Construction team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting project management activities, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within scope. This role requires strong organizational skills, effective communication, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. The Site Supervisor is a sub-contracting position will collaborate with various teams and trades, manage project documentation, and facilitate communication between stakeholders.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Proven experience in project coordination or related field is preferred.
• Familiarity with project management processes.
• Knowledge of renovations and construction is a strong asset.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent data collection skills with attention to detail for accurate reporting.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities with a focus on team collaboration.
• Experience in vendor management is beneficial but not required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential for effective stakeholder engagement.

• Coordinate project activities using tools such as Jira and Kanban for effective task management.
• Collect and analyze data to support decision-making processes and identify potential risks.
• Facilitate communication among team members, stakeholders, and vendors to ensure alignment on project goals.
• Monitor project performance and provide regular updates to leadership regarding status and potential issues.
• Support risk management efforts by identifying risks early and proposing mitigation strategies.
• Organize meetings, prepare agendas, and document meeting minutes for project discussions.
