We’re looking for a Site Supervisor who thrives on keeping projects moving day to day, coordinating trades and suppliers, and making sure the details are done right. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who feels at home on site, can step in to solve problems on the spot, and ensures that every build reflects our commitment to quality and care.

• Supervise day-to-day site operations for custom homes and high-end renovations
• Act as the main point of contact on site for trades, suppliers, and consultants
• Coordinate scheduling, deliveries, and work sequencing to keep projects on track
• Monitor quality, safety, and progress through regular site walks
• Step in to perform light hands-on work if needed to keep things moving
• Support clients and communicate clearly to maintain trust throughout the build
• Work closely with the Ever After Homes team to deliver a seamless client experience
