YOUR ROLE As Site Supervisor, you will lead daily depot activities, supervise a dedicated team, and ensure the highest standards of safety, compliance and operational excellence are maintained. This is an opportunity to combine your leadership, logistics and Defence experience in a role that directly contributes to Australia's sovereign capability. You will lead by example, fostering a strong safety culture while supporting your team to achieve operational objectives and continuously improve site performance. Supervise daily depot operations, inventory activities and customer requirements Lead, coach and develop depot personnel to achieve operational and safety objectives Ensure compliance with Defence regulations, Thales policies and the Safety Management System Coordinate site administration, reporting, corrective actions and performance monitoring Maintain depot readiness, security arrangements and emergency response procedures Support continuous improvement initiatives that enhance efficiency, safety and service delivery YOUR EXPERIENCE Proven leadership in logistics, warehousing, or defence operations Diploma qualification (or higher) in Logistics, Business, or related discipline Experience leading teams within logistics, warehousing, or operational environments Strong communication, leadership, and organisational skills Experience within Defence, dangerous goods, or highly regulated industries highly regarded WE ENCOURAGE YOU TO APPLY After you have applied, you will receive an email acknowledging your application.
