About us: We are a well-established company partnering with local manufacturing facilities to deliver professional cleanroom and laboratory cleaning services. With over 40 years of industry experience and a strong nationwide presence, we are committed to maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and compliance. We are currently seeking a dedicated Site Supervisor to lead our team of Aseptic Cleaning Technicians in the Rockville, MD area.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• Proficient in reading and understanding SOPs and documentation in English.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, overtime, and special assignments.
• Demonstrated experience in aseptic cleaning techniques, including the ability to lift up to 40 lbs, work overhead, and stand for extended periods.
• Strong leadership, communication, and team development skills.
• Proficient in written English with legible handwriting and minimal errors.
• Bachelor of Science degree in Biology or related field, or equivalent experience.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous Aseptic cleaning experience in a management role.
• College degree.
• Familiarity with cleanroom environments in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, semiconductor, or medical device manufacturing.
