Description Full-Time | Site Supervisor Location: Residential Site in Warwick, Rhode Island Empower Independence. Lead with Purpose. At the J. As a Residential Manager, you’ll be at the heart of that mission—leading a team of Direct Support Professionals and ensuring every person we serve has the support they need to thrive. What You’ll Do: You’ll lead, guide, and support both staff and residents across our group homes, apartments, and outreach settings. You’ll model excellence in care, coordinate services, and keep everything running smoothly—from individualized plans to household operations. Supervise and mentor residential staff Foster a positive, person-centered environment Ensure implementation of individual support and safety plans Assist with personal care and model direct support practices Oversee house operations, including scheduling, maintenance, and budgeting Participate in staff hiring, training, and performance management Support life planning and community engagement for residents Maintain accurate documentation and regulatory compliance What You Bring: High School Diploma or GED (college coursework a plus) 2+ years of experience in direct support services Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and access to a vehicle Solid computer skills and familiarity with documentation systems Strong leadership, communication, and organizational abilities A compassionate mindset and a commitment to dignity, choice, and inclusion Where You’ll Work: This role requires flexibility to work in residential homes and community settings throughout Rhode Island. You'll also use your personal vehicle for transportation as needed.
