Description Growing Minds is seeking an experienced, dedicated Site Supervisor to lead our childcare center and advance our mission to provide high-quality early childhood education. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring a safe, nurturing, and compliant environment for children and families we serve, while guiding a team of educators and support staff toward excellence in early childhood programming. The ideal candidate brings deep knowledge of state and federal childcare regulations, demonstrated leadership experience, and a genuine passion for child development. Key Responsibilities Supervise, coach, and evaluate teaching and support staff. Ensure full compliance with Title 5 and Title 22 licensing regulations. Oversee daily program operations and classroom quality. Build positive relationships with children, families, and staff. Maintain accurate records and documentation. Support curriculum implementation and developmentally appropriate practices. Promote a safe, inclusive, and nurturing learning environment. Requirements We are looking for a strong leader who meets the following requirements: Must have a BA Degree in Early Education or a Related Field Must have a Site Supervisor Permit (or higher) A minimum of 5 years of experience supervising a staff of 10 or more employees in an early childhood education or childcare setting. Extensive knowledge of Title 5 and Title 22 regulations, including state licensing requirements, program standards, staffing ratios, health and safety policies, and compliance procedures. Experience with state-subsidized childcare programs (CSPP, CCTR, CalWORKs). Experience with Familiarity with Desired Results Developmental Profile (DRDP), ITERS, and CLASS assessment tools. Demonstrated ability to manage schedules, support staff development, and maintain high-quality program standards. Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
