JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Site Supervisor to oversee daily operations at our site. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing staff, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency. This role requires strong leadership skills and the ability to effectively communicate with team members and stakeholders.

• Proven experience in supervising teams in a relevant industry.
• Strong management skills with the ability to motivate and lead a diverse workforce.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with various stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving abilities to address challenges as they arise on-site.
• Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations relevant to the site environment is essential.

• Supervise daily activities on-site, ensuring that operations run smoothly and efficiently.
• Manage a team of workers, providing guidance, training, and support as needed.
• Monitor work performance and conduct regular evaluations to ensure quality standards are met.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, conducting regular inspections and addressing any issues promptly.
• Liaise with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to facilitate effective communication and project progression.
• Prepare reports on site activities, including progress updates and any challenges encountered.
• Implement strategies for improving productivity and reducing costs while maintaining quality.
