JOB SUMMARY

We’re looking for a reliable and experienced Site Supervisor/Handyman who can assist with a variety of construction and demolition projects as a subcontractor or hourly paid staff.
The ideal candidate will be hands-on, safety-focused, and knowledgeable in trades such as metal and wood stud framing, drywall, ceilings, flooring, tile work and demolition works.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in general construction or Site Supervisor/Handyman positions
  • Good knowledge of job site safety practices and ability to always ensure a safe working environment
  • Strong knowledge and hands-on skills in framing, drywall, ceilings, flooring, tile and demolition works
  • Comfortable with demolition tools and techniques
  • Ability to read construction drawings and measurements
  • Strong attention to detail and workmanship
  • Must have own basic tools (specialty tools provided if needed)
  • Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
  • Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work on ladders or in tight spaces
  • Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience working on commercial or multi-unit residential projects
  • Working at heights record of training
  • Ability to work under minimal supervision
  • Good level of English

Responsibilities
  • Perform light to moderate demolition work in preparation for construction
  • Install, repair, or replace:
  • Metal and Wood Stud Framing,
  • Drywall / GWB (Gypsum Wall Board),
  • GWB Ceiling and ACT Ceilings,
  • Flooring (carpet, vinyl, laminate, wood, etc.)
  • Tile work (walls, floors, backsplashes)
  • Demolition works,
  • Assist with framing, patching, and finishing work
  • Measure, cut, and install materials to specification
  • Maintain cleanliness and safety on job sites
  • Work closely with project managers and other trades
  • Follow project timelines and report progress regularly
  • Ensure all work meets quality standards and building codes
