In the role you will take full ownership of site management for Category A projects, working closely with the company directors, contracts manager, QS and senior stakeholders to deliver high spec residential builds and refurbishments. You’ll supervise site teams, manage budgets and deadlines, maintain strong health and safety standards, and ensure each project is delivered with the quality and attention to detail that has built their reputation. This is a client facing role where communication, problem solving and leadership are essential, and where job satisfaction comes from successfully delivering some of London’s most desirable homes.
