As their business evolves, they are looking for a Site Supervisor to drive projects and lead crews across the North Island. Job Description This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll own day-to-day site operations and keep projects moving. You’ll lead crews, coordinate subcontractors, and make sure everything is delivered safely, on time, and to a high standard. What you’ll be doing: Leading site crews and setting the pace on-site Keeping projects on track, on budget, and up to standard Coordinating people, sites, and materials Interpreting plans and making sure the job is done right first time Building strong relationships with clients and the wider team Qualifications About You You’re a practical, experienced leader who enjoys being on-site and getting stuck in.
