QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Fit out projects in a supervisory role or similar
• Knowledge and experience in MEP, Civil, and Finishing works
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise with clients, architects, and subcontractors
• Effective problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage and motivate a team to achieve their targets
• Valid UAE driving license will be an added advantage
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
