Site Supervisor Interior and Fit-out

SITE SUPERVISION AND COORDINATION:

• Oversee daily operations on-site to ensure smooth execution of the project.
• Supervise the work of contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure adherence to the project’s design, schedule, and safety standards.
• Communicate with the project manager to ensure alignment of work progress with the overall project plan.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Experience: Proven experience as a Site Supervisor, especially in interior fit-out projects or similar construction roles.
• Educational Background: A degree or certification in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Interior Design, or a related field is preferred.
• Knowledge: Strong understanding of construction processes, fit-out techniques, and interior design specifications.
• Skills:
• Proficiency in using project management software and tools (e.g., Primavera, MS Project).
• Familiarity with building codes, construction regulations, and safety standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with a diverse range of team members and clients.
• Health and Safety: In-depth knowledge of health and safety regulations, with experience implementing safety protocols on-site.
• Attention to Detail: Ability to spot discrepancies and resolve issues promptly to keep the project on track.
• Leadership: Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate, guide, and supervise the on-site team.
• Flexibility: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, adapt to changes, and respond to project needs as they arise.
