Position: Site Supervisor (Interior Fit-Out & Quality Control)

Experience Required: Minimum 05 year in Events interior fit-out supervision
Topaz Event Management is seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to oversee interior fit-out, event setups, and quality control for our high-profile projects. The role focuses on supervising event-related site works including interiors, structures, exhibition setups, and temporary installations while ensuring every task is delivered on time, safely, and with uncompromising quality and design precision.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Interior Design (preferred)
• 5+ years UAE experience (event/fit-out industry experience required)
• Strong knowledge of site supervision, MEP coordination, and quality control
• Proficiency in AutoCAD (2D/3D)
• Valid UAE driving license (mandatory)
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills

• Supervise daily site activities for events, exhibitions, and interior fit-out works
• Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and manpower to ensure on-time delivery
• Monitor quality, safety, and project timelines with strict compliance
• Review drawings, BOQs, and project documentation for accurate execution
• Coordinate with design, project, and MEP teams for seamless delivery
• Conduct inspections, prepare reports, and resolve site issues efficiently
