Key Responsibilities:

• Project Oversight:
• Manage and supervise daily on-site activities for interior fit-out projects, ensuring the project progresses according to the design and schedule.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards and client requirements.
• Supervise the work of subcontractors, vendors, and the site workforce to ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and timelines.
• Coordination & Communication:
• Act as the point of contact between the project management team, clients, and contractors.
• Ensure clear communication among all stakeholders, including clients, architects, designers, and suppliers.
• Regularly update the project manager and client on the status of the work and any issues or concerns.
• Quality Control & Safety:
• Oversee the implementation of interior design specifications and construction techniques.
• Monitor the work for quality, ensuring it meets the required specifications and standards.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant local safety regulations and maintain a safe work environment for all personnel.
• Materials & Equipment Management:
• Ensure the availability and proper usage of materials and equipment on-site.
• Monitor stock levels and report any shortages or damages immediately.
• Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials.
• Scheduling & Planning:
• Create and manage daily work schedules and allocate resources accordingly.
• Monitor project timelines and ensure tasks are completed on schedule.
• Proactively resolve any delays or issues that may impact the timeline.
• Problem Solving:
• Address any unexpected issues or site conditions that may arise during the course of the project.
• Suggest solutions to mitigate risks and delays while maintaining the integrity of the project.
