JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Site Supervisor to oversee construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a comprehensive understanding of construction processes, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The Site Supervisor will coordinate with various stakeholders, manage on-site personnel, and ensure compliance with safety regulations.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience in supervising construction projects with a strong understanding of construction processes.
  • Proficiency in construction management software including ProCore, Bluebeam, and Primavera P6.
  • Strong skills in blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, construction estimating, quality control, and budgeting.
  • Excellent leadership abilities with a focus on team collaboration and communication.
  • Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in the construction industry.

Responsibilities
