YOUR QUALIFICATIONS AND KEY CRITERIA:

• Plumbing Qualification
• Experience supervising mechanical projects with experience in residential projects an advantage.
• Ability to work well under pressure and perform to strict deadlines.
• Good Computer skills in word, excel etc.
• Fluent English.
• Full, clean driving licence.

• Coordinating and Planning of resources including labour, materials and sub-contractors.
• Manage and drive a team to meet with all project requirements and deadlines.
• Ensure the adherence to safety and quality standards.
• Attend site meetings and report on progress.
• Perform company compliance and administration procedures and record performance and progress of site operations.
• Provide guidance, direction and support to all tradespeople and apprentices on site.
