You’ll inherit a well-established run of approximately 21-23 single-storey homes across Lakelands and Mandurah.

You’ll be trusted to manage your own work, backed by an experienced construction team who understand that good supervisors deliver their best work when they’re supported—not micromanaged.

What your week will look like

Most mornings you’ll head straight to site, catching up with your trades, checking progress and making sure each home is moving exactly as planned.

Throughout the day you’ll move between your builds, coordinating subcontractors, carrying out quality inspections, solving the occasional on-site challenge and ensuring every stage is completed to the standard you’d be happy putting your own name against.

• You’ll work closely with the office team, keeping schedules on track, updating progress through modern construction software and making sure clients receive the quality home they’ve been promised.
