We are currently recruiting experienced Soft Strip Demolition Site Supervisors for ongoing and upcoming projects across London.
Only candidates with direct experience in soft strip, deconstruction or demolition supervision will be considered. We are looking for supervisors who can hit the ground running and support fast-paced site operations.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS:

• SSSTS or valid Supervisor CSCS Card
• First Aid at Work
• Asbestos Awareness
• PASMA and Manual Handling
• Proficient in MS Word and Excel
• Fluent English (spoken and written)
• Must have proven experience in soft strip or demolition supervision

• Support Site Managers to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
• Carry out site inductions, daily hazard briefings, and toolbox talks
• Supervise and coordinate labourers and skilled workers on site
• Order tools and materials as needed
• Read and interpret drawings and flag any changes or issues
• Maintain site health & safety, ensuring PPE is used correctly
• Record site activity in electronic site diaries
• Communicate effectively with clients and operations teams
• Complete required paperwork (e.g. RFI’s, waste transfers, stock checks, inspections)
