ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

Our client is seeking a full-time Site Supervisor based in Winnipeg, MB.
Reporting directly to the President, you will play a key role in overseeing construction projects while contributing to estimating and project coordination across a variety of commercial builds.
You will be primarily responsible for managing daily site operations, maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders, and ensuring that projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and to the company’s high-quality standards.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate all aspects of construction projects from permitting to completion
  • Supervise contractors, sub-trades, and consultants on site
  • Participate in estimating and bidding activities
  • Manage project documentation, scheduling, and reporting
  • Maintain site organization and enforce COR safety standards
  • Serve as the main point of contact for owners, inspectors, and trades
  • Lead site meetings and track action items
  • Identify and resolve issues proactively with a team-focused mindset
