Lendlease WA are currently looking for multiple Site Supervisor's to drive the delivery of our long-term pipeline with projects in the CBD region, as well as South of the River. This role will see you supervising daily site activities and coordinating structure's sub-contractors, suppliers, and general construction activities, as well as developing and managing short-term programs, monitoring project costs, and overseeing project QA, and EHS requirements. To be successful you will need: Prior experience in a Supervisor or Site Manager role working on large projects, ideally above $50 million. Experience managing large-scale, and technical building structures packages, and associated trades. Knowledge of Construction practices, and/or knowledge of general building design and construction principles. Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills. An ability to coordinate and organise teams and work effectively.
