We are the one stop shop in Hebel/AAC, EPS and Render installation, and Project Management Services, catering to the needs of all our clients from bespoke homes to lifestyle & retirement villages, to large residential developments. SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• Sound technical knowledge of construction processes (experience with Hebel/AAC, EPS and/or render preferable but not essential).
• Good forward planning / scheduling / organisational skills.
• A Construction Induction White Card.
• Demonstrated experience as a team player who can work unsupervised to achieve positive outcomes.
• Strong problem solving, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent professional and personal presentation (Maaken uniform provided).
• Some basic I.T skills and knowledge of I.T processes and programs preferred.
• Full driver’s licence (essential)

To be successful in this role you must have knowledge and experience working within the building and construction industry (experience with Hebel/AAC, EPS and/or Render is preferred but not essential). The successful applicant will be provided extensive onsite training and will have access to a support network that has over 100 years combined experience within the building industry. If you are highly diligent, personable, a great problem solver and have a strong work ethic then this is the job for you!
Your role will cover jobs onsite in multiple locations Southside Brisbane, the Gold Coast and Ipswich and you must live in one of these regions at the time of application.

Your role will include the following duties;

• Managing multiple Hebel/AAC/EPS Cladding & Coating installation jobs.
• Completing prestart checklists before jobs begin and Quality Assurance checklists after job completion.
• Problem solving and advising on appropriate solutions with our builders, subcontractors, and in-house employees.
• In Depth knowledge of WH&S requirements and ensuring sub-contractors, and employees are adhering to these requirements
• Arranging variation purchase orders for our subcontractors where necessary and approving job completion PO’s.
• In depth knowledge scheduling and rescheduling in order to provide real time updates to subcontractors and builders
