QUALIFICATIONS

• Project Management and Supervisory skills
• Experience in construction, maintenance, or renovation industry
• Knowledge of AC maintenance, electrical systems, and plumbing
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines

• Health and Safety certifications are a plus
• Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
