Description

Responsibilities

Site Supervision
Oversee daily marble installation works, ensuring alignment with project drawings and specifications.
Assign tasks to masons, helpers, and subcontractors, monitoring productivity and progress.
Ensure proper handling, cutting, polishing, and fixing of marble and stone.
Quality Control
Inspect marble materials delivered to site for quality, size, and finish as per project requirements.
Ensure correct methods of installation, joint treatment, leveling, and finishing.
Report any defects, damages, or discrepancies to the Project Engineer.
Coordination
Liaise with project engineers, contractors, and consultants for approvals and site inspections.
Coordinate with storekeepers and logistics for material availability and timely delivery.
Attend site meetings and update project progress.
Safety & Compliance
Enforce safety rules and site discipline among workers.
Ensure compliance with company standards, local regulations, and client specifications.
Documentation & Reporting
Maintain daily progress reports (DPR).
Record manpower allocation, material usage, and site issues.
Provide weekly updates to the Project Manager.
