Ashby Maintenance is an established provider of asset management and maintenance services, working across a large portfolio of residential and rural properties throughout the Midlands. We are currently recruiting for a Site Supervisor to oversee day-to-day works across multiple live sites. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing team where your input will make a direct impact. Salary to be negotiated.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

We are looking for someone who can demonstrate:

  • Proven experience in a site supervisory or similar role within maintenance, construction, or building services.
  • Strong commercial awareness, with the ability to understand budgets, variations, and client expectations.
  • Good technical knowledge of building maintenance, M&E systems, and property services.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills – able to manage teams and build positive client relationships.
  • Organised and proactive, with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple sites.
  • A full UK driving licence (essential), as travel across the Midlands will be required.

Responsibilities

As a Site Supervisor, you will play a key role in ensuring works are completed to a high standard, safely, and in line with client and company expectations. You will be responsible for:

  • Supervising planned and reactive maintenance works across multiple locations.
  • Managing subcontractors and directly employed operatives to ensure works are delivered on time and to specification.
  • Conducting site inspections and audits to maintain quality and compliance.
  • Ensuring health & safety standards are followed, carrying out toolbox talks and risk assessments where required.
  • Working closely with our Project Managers and clients to resolve issues quickly and effectively.
  • Providing technical input to support the team in problem solving and decision making.
  • Recording progress, keeping accurate site reports, and feeding back commercial information to management.
