Work on one of Sydney’s most recognisable projects with a leading Tier 2 head contractor.

An exciting opportunity for an experienced Site Supervisor who wants to be part of an iconic project working with an established high performing team.

Our client is a highly regarded Tier 2 builder with a strong reputation for delivering complex, high-quality projects. They are looking to strengthen their site team with a supervisor who can take ownership, make decisions and keep things moving.

You’ll be working closely with an experienced Site Manager & Project Manager, leading the day-to-day delivery of your section of the project.

• What we’re looking for3+ years’ experience as a Site Supervisor
• Must have experience with a head contractor delivering projects up $50M+
• End-to-end project experience
• Confident coordinating multiple subcontractors and trades
• Strong construction knowledge and an understanding of sequencing, programming, and site logistics
• The confidence to identify problems early and find practical solutions
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships with subcontractors, consultants and the broader project team
• A can-do attitude - someone that's whiling to learn and take a proactive approach on a day to day
• Hold a degree in Construction Management or something similar

Most importantly, we're looking for someone who has the fundamentals of site supervision in place and is ready to take the next step. Hungry to learn, take on more responsibility and gain exposure to delivering large-scale, complex projects.
