About NovaSource NovaSource Power Services (‘NSPS’) is a specialist in providing Operations & Maintenance Services to Solar Plants & Battery Energy Storage Projects, around the world. We presently manage over 26GW of Utility Solar Projects globally; and are established in Australia to drive a higher standard of O&M to market.  About the Role: * Replacement of key components, such as modules and inverter components * Maintenance of inverters or associated electrical components. * Work alongside Engineering team on the SCADA. * Promptly respond to and execute necessary repairs of faulty equipment. * Interface with, and management of subcontractors and other workers on site, including site inductions, daily pre-start meetings, etc. * Continuous reporting of work status and scheduling to Regional Manager and Solar Asset Manager, including complete and detailed documentation of all work performed, involving daily time tracking and use of CMMS. * WHS reporting and adherence to WHS protocols as established by NovaSource policy. * Timely documentation of works performed using supplied framework. This role is supported by a 24/7 Control Room, and involves working with Solar Asset Managers, Site Technicians and Greenskeeper - Attending to assigned work orders relating to preventative maintenance, corrective maintenance, project works.
