Job Description Must consider that the works include the execution of the 400/110 kV transformer station and underground power cables, comprising, without limitation, the following components: Civil works and access roads Railway undercrossing, watercourses, roads, etc. External installations related to buildings Internal installations related to buildings Electrical and technological installations Integrated security system Construction Supervision Oversee construction activities to ensure compliance with approved designs, quality standards, and HSSE requirements. Deploy discipline-specific site supervisors and HSSE specialists to monitor site works, safety practices, and progress. Support the Beneficiary in HSE audits and ensure adherence to the Beneficiary’s HSSE Management Plan. Conduct regular site inspections, issue Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs), and maintain punch lists. Participate in weekly technical and progress meetings with EPCC contractors and the Beneficiary. Specific Requirements for the Works Component The Contractor shall ensure supervision of the works for the design, engineering, procurement, execution, and CSU (Commissioning & Start-Up) support, as well as O&M (Operation & Maintenance) support of photovoltaic power plants. This includes site supervision and HSSE coordination for each stage of the works defined in the Execution Schedule and included in the Works Execution Program. Civil construction works require technical assurance and supervision for the following activities: Preparatory works Works related to electrical substations Basements and foundations Access roads to the construction site Service roads and fencing Landscaping works Qualifications Responsibilities Related to the Implementation of the Technical Documentation Issuing specific instructions and orders on behalf of the Beneficiary, as such relate to proper performance of works in compliance with the scope of work under the EPCC contracts. Supervising the execution of the Works in all disciplines, both permanent and temporary, ensuring that they comply with the technical documentation resulting from the Engineering and Design, as well as the Construction Execution Plan approved by the Beneficiary. Monitoring and controlling the performance and progress of the Works based on the Execution Programme and the EPCC Contractor’s approved procedures and schedules. Verifying compliance with the quality level established by the technical documentation, and ensuring that qualified and certified personnel and approved materials are used for the execution of the Works. Conducting regular site inspections and ensuring that all relevant parties are present for key verification stages and inspections. Requiring the EPCC Contractor to rectify any errors, defects, or inconsistencies identified during execution, and supervising their proper remedy. Participating in testing and verification of the Works during various execution stages. Ensuring the accuracy of data and details recorded in the Site Journal. Monitoring the implementation of corrective measures ordered through inspection reports and acceptance documents. Verifying fulfilment of the conditions for acceptance of construction works, including hidden works, and ensuring compliance with quality and documentation requirements. Monitoring implementation of appropriate HSSE and environmental protection measures, including waste management and pollution prevention. Supervising the storage and disposal of waste resulting from construction activities in compliance with environmental protection regulations. Participating in the handover of completed Works Stages, including signing handover protocols, recording status and defects, and taking over related documents. Preparing or validating periodic progress and quality reports, NCRs, and punch lists reflecting the actual execution status.
