JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to oversee construction activities on our building projects. You will be responsible for managing on-site operations, supervising staff, and ensuring that all work is carried out efficiently, safely, and to a high standard. You will act as the main point of contact for the site team.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage site workers and subcontractors
• Ensure work is completed to the required quality and schedule
• Monitor progress and report updates to project managers
• Coordinate deliveries, equipment, and materials on site
• Enforce health and safety procedures and ensure compliance with regulations
• Resolve day-to-day site issues and maintain smooth workflow
• Review drawings, plans, and specifications to guide the team
• Maintain records of work progress, site incidents, and workforce attendance

REQUIREMENTS

• Proven experience in a supervisory role within the construction or related industry.
• Strong management skills with the ability to lead diverse teams effectively.
• Excellent communication skills, with a focus on teamwork.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• A thorough understanding of health and safety regulations relevant to construction sites.
• Must have SSSTS or SMSTS certificate.
