We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Foreman specializing in polyurea waterproofing application to lead on-site operations for our commercial and industrial projects. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of surface preparation, polyurea spray equipment, application techniques, safety procedures, and crew management.

• Project Supervision: Oversee all on-site activities related to polyurea coating applications including surface preparation, priming, spraying, and curing processes.
• Team Management: Lead, train, and manage applicator teams to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality work.
• Scheduling & Coordination: Coordinate with project managers, clients, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure timely material deliveries and job completion.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure application techniques follow product specifications, industry standards, and manufacturer guidelines.
• Safety Compliance: Enforce strict adherence to safety protocols, including PPE use, ventilation, and handling of chemicals.
• Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve any technical or operational issues on-site related to polyurea equipment or application.
• Reporting: Maintain daily site reports, safety logs, progress photos, and communicate updates to management.
• Inventory Management: Monitor and manage equipment and materials required for each project.
• Equipment Maintenance: Ensure spray rigs and related machinery are well-maintained, calibrated, and functioning properly.
