We’re looking for a committed and safety-focused Site Supervisor / Project Coordinator to lead, coordinate, and deliver high-quality work on site.

• Monitor and drive project progress, working closely with the Main Contractor and stakeholders to execute the job scope effectively.
• Streamline operations and enhance departmental processes for smoother workflows.
• Uphold quality by enforcing SOPs to reduce rectification costs.
• Lead and delegate tasks to foremen and workers, ensuring compliance with ISO standards.
• Ensure workforce readiness by verifying that workers are trained, qualified, and certified.
• Champion safety with thorough risk assessments, legal compliance, and control measures.
• Investigate and resolve incidents, accidents, and non-conformities.
• Conduct OH&S inspections and submit timely reports to the Manager.
• Implement Permit-to-Work systems and communicate safe work procedures to all personnel.
• Inspect work areas before commencement to ensure hazard-free conditions.
• Lead daily toolbox meetings and prepare rectification reports for management review.
• Track monthly repair costs and report to the Manager.
• Motivate and inspire team members to maintain a positive work culture.
• Maintain equipment to avoid project delays and keep operations running smoothly.
