JOB SUMMARY

The Site Supervisor/Project Manager is responsible for managing day-to-day operations on residential construction sites, including both single-family and multi-family home projects. This role ensures that builds are completed on schedule, within budget, and to company quality standards. You will coordinate subcontractors, enforces safety protocols, manages site logistics, and communicates progress with project managers and clients. Success in this role requires strong leadership, attention to detail, and a solid understanding of residential construction practices.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Must Have- Experience in Multi/Single Family Residential.
• Must Have- Truck and Tools to commute to multiple job sites.
• Must Have- Experience in reading architectural designs, renderings, and specifications.
• Must Have- The ability to work collaboratively in a high stressed/fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects at the same time.
• Proven experience in a supervisory role with strong leadership capabilities.
• Familiarity with project management tools
• Strong data analysis skills to interpret project metrics effectively. .
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving with a focus on continuous improvement.

Experience:

• Construction : 6 years (required

• Supervise daily site operations to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Coordinate project activities and resources while maintaining communication with team members and stakeholders.
• Utilize data analysis skills to monitor project progress and identify areas for improvement.
• Implement project management methodologies to enhance workflow efficiency.
• Foster a collaborative team environment by providing guidance and support to team members.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure safety standards are met and address any issues promptly.
• Prepare reports on project status, challenges encountered, and solutions implemented for upper management review.
• Focused on multi-family residential construction such as fourplex units with legal suites
