Providence Medical Group is a progressive organization offering competitive compensation and benefits in a supportive, professional work environment.  We are currently in search of a Clinical Site Supervisor for our Springboro location.  This candidate is a Certified or Registered Medical Assistant (This is a working supervisory position). Family Health Center, like all Providence primary care practices, is a recognized Patient-Centered Medical Home, and focuses on building lasting patient relationships based on trust and continuity of care. What will you do: * Supervises site day-to-day operations * Ensures that the office is adequately staffed, approves time off requests and prepares staff schedule * Maintains up-to-date knowledge of CPT codes and ICD-10 codes * Responsible for sites accounts receivable and manages total days in AR * Performs employee evaluations and makes recommendations * Maintains knowledge of and complies with established Providence Medical Group policies and procedures.  * Ensures compliance with regulatory and legal requirements (TDDD, CLIA, Vaccines,etc) * Ensures that office space, supplies, and equipment are provided and maintained appropriately for medical staff and patient care * Participates in professional development activities and maintains professional affiliations * Maintains confidentiality regarding patient’s accounts and medical records status * Attends monthly site supervisor meetings Job Requirements: * High School diploma or equivalent * Minimum of 3 years experience in medical office, Primary Care preferred * Prior supervisory experience preferred * Ability to comprehend established office routines and policies * Learns quickly from oral and written instructions. * Ability to operate a computer. * Knowledge of medical terminology.  * Knowledge of CPT & ICD-10coding. * Understand HIPAA (Health Insurance Portability and Accountability) * Good organization skills * Tact and diplomacy Benefits:  * Medical, Dental, and Vision coverage * Short Term Disability  * Long Term Disability * AD&D insurance * Employee assistance program * Flexible spending/Health Savings account * desLife insurance * 401K * Paid time off
