Description

We are looking for a Site Supervisor to work in one of our client’s site, a pharmaceutical company based in Raheen, Limerick. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic company with excellent opportunities for career progression.

REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

  • 1-3 years of experience in a supervisory or team lead role.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing client requirements.
  • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to maintain high standards.
  • Fluent in English (both written and verbal).
  • Computer literacy is essential.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to work alternative hours, shift patterns, and/or weekends as required.

HOURS OF WORK:

It is required to work 12 hours shifts - 7 days over two weeks

  • It may be necessary to work alternative hours, shift patterns or unsociable hours including weekends from time to time.

Responsibilities

Inform Management of any employee relations issues and follow up.
Complete timesheets daily.
Place stock orders as scheduled.
Carry out scheduled audits.
Ensure all paperwork is in date, on the correct revision and checklists are
filled in correctly.
Ensure all employee training records are up to date.
Keep Management and Health & Safety up to date with any incidents/
accidents.
Carry out toolbox talks as required.
Adhere to client site Health & Safety rules and ensure PPE requirements are
adhered to.
Facilitate H&S Officer to carry out training, risk assessments, method
statements, etc.
Liaise with clients H&S Departments in obtaining permits, risk assessments
Ensure all current Health and Safety legislation is being adhered to by all
staff
