Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Site Supervisor, you will oversee the delivery of remedial and strengthening works across a range of civil infrastructure projects, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency. You will manage site teams and subcontractors, coordinate project execution, and play a key role in maintaining the structural integrity of bridges, buildings, marine structures, and industrial facilities.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead by example, fostering a strong safety-first culture.
  • Develop and implement QSE plans, work procedures, and SWMS with project engineers.
  • Manage subcontractors and internal site teams to ensure high-quality project execution.
  • Plan and coordinate labour, plant, equipment, and materials to meet program and budget targets.
  • Train site personnel and enforce compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards.
  • Conduct and document safety prestarts and site inspections.
  • Monitor site productivity, identify areas for improvement, and drive efficiency.
  • Manage site variations and delays, working closely with project engineers.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, contributing to future project opportunities.
