REQUIREMENTS:

  • Proven experience as a Site Supervisor or Foreman in renovation or construction
  • Strong knowledge of on-site health & safety practices and UK building regulations
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and schedules
  • Hands-on, proactive attitude with a focus on quality and deadlines
  • Driving licence preferred and willingness to travel across London project sites
Responsibilities

ROLE OVERVIEW:

As a Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations at renovation project sites, ensuring subcontractors complete their work safely, on time, and to a high standard. You’ll act as the eyes and ears on-site, reporting to the Project Manager and helping ensure the smooth execution of each project.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Supervise daily site activities and ensure work is carried out according to plans and specifications
  • Coordinate and monitor subcontractors’ tasks and productivity
  • Ensure health & safety standards are strictly followed on-site
  • Conduct quality checks and flag any issues to the Project Manager
  • Maintain site cleanliness, organisation, and material security
  • Monitor progress and report regularly to the Project Manager
  • Assist with deliveries, material handling, and basic site setup as needed
  • Build positive working relationships with subcontractors and clients where applicable
