EDUCATION:

  • Supervisor training from ACSA (asset)
  • First Aid, Fall Protection, and Man-Lift certification

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Valid drivers license and clean drivers abstract

EXPERIENCE:

  • 3+ years as a Site Supervisor or in a similar leadership role
  • 3+ years of residential construction experience in the field or equivalent knowledge

SKILLS:

  • Strong attention to detail and quality focus
  • Ability to multi-task, stay calm under pressure, and meet deadlines
  • Conflict resolution, critical thinking, and problem-solving ability
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, PDF, and related software
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Team-oriented but also able to work independently with minimal supervision

Base Salary: $75,000-80,000 per year

  • Full benefits package after 3-month probation
Responsibilities

The key job functions are:

  • Monitoring upcoming jobs, conducting pre-inspections, and reviewing job specifications
  • Communicating with builders’ supervisors regarding requirements, changes, and site conditions
  • Assigning jobs to crews, ensuring scope of work is clearly understood and executed
  • Coordinating with the production team to align crew schedules, work orders, and supplier needs
  • Performing quality control inspections (pre-installation, post-installation, and service as required)
  • Assisting with crew management, problem-solving, and resolving on-site issues
  • Overseeing performance and ensuring quality protocols are consistently met
  • Maintaining strong communication with management, subcontractors, vendors, and builders
  • Supporting equipment and site maintenance, including preventive measures and inspections
  • Leading and motivating field crews while fostering a culture of safety and respect
  • Conducting toolbox meetings, ensuring hazard assessments are completed, and reporting safety issues
  • Delivering materials, assisting with returns, and supporting shop/office needs as required
  • Providing accurate updates on crew completion status and approvals for sub-contractor payments
  • Upholding the company’s policies, safety standards, and core values in all tasks
