Job Title: Site Supervisor
Department: Energy
Location: Raymond
Hours: Full time (35 hours)
Reports To: Energy Crisis Coordinator

JOB SUMMARY:

A Site Supervisor is responsible for the daily operations and management of the Resource Center. The primary role is to provide leadership and direction to all staff that are responsible for providing local and immediate assistance to individuals and families seeking support.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Will have advanced experience with the intake process, rules and regulations as well as be very detail oriented.
  • Proficiency in writing and oral presentation skills and experience with community/public relations and outreach.
  • The incumbent must have the ability to work with clients and co-workers in a professional, confidential and respectful manner.
  • Incumbent must possess very good verbal and written communication, math, data entry and interviewing skills.
  • Proficiency with computers and basic programs required.
  • Must have the ability to work as part of the outreach team, keep cordial relations with co-workers and have the ability to adjust to changing procedures.
  • Possess the ability to work efficiently and rapidly with minimal supervision under heavy pressure.
  • Reliable transportation is necessary.
  • Ability to speak a second language is a plus.
    COMPENSATION: $23.35 CAPHR provides a generous benefits package.
