Salary: NJC Scale 3, £25,583.00 - £25,989.00 FTE pro rata is £17,285.81 - £17,560.04
Working Hours: 25 hours
Working pattern: Split shifts (7am 9am & 3pm 6pm)
Contract: Permanent, Full year

We are looking for a caretaker for our site, to help us to keep our buildings and grounds clean, safe, secure and fit for purpose. The role will involve completion of minor repairs, daily cleaning duties, moving furniture and equipment as required and will need to assist with access, security and health & safety of the site.
