Talent360 is hiring for one of our clients' a Site Supervisor to support site operations, ensure smooth project execution, and assist in managing on-site teams. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and eager to develop hands-on construction supervision skills. Key Responsibilities: - Assist in supervising daily site activities and workers. - Ensure that construction work follows design drawings, specifications, and standards. - Monitor quality, safety, and progress on site. - Report daily site progress and highlight issues to the Project Manager. - Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams. - Ensure proper documentation of site activities and records. - Support the team in resolving on-site issues and delays. - Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations. Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field. - 0–4 years of experience in construction site supervision. - Basic knowledge of construction processes and site safety regulations. - Good communication and organizational skills. - Ability to work under pressure and in a team environment. - Proficiency in MS Office is a must.
