• Project Supervision: Overseeing daily site activities, including managing labor, subcontractors, and materials.
• Quality Control: Ensuring work meets design specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations.
• Resource Management: Planning and managing materials, equipment, and resources for the project.
• Time Management: Monitoring project progress, identifying potential delays, and implementing solutions.
• Client Liaison: Communicating with clients regarding project progress, variations, and any issues.
• Subcontractor Management: Coordinating and managing subcontractors, including reviewing invoices and ensuring compliance.
• Safety Management: Ensuring a safe working environment and implementing safety procedures.
• Document Control: Maintaining accurate records of project progress, materials, and other relevant documentation.
• Troubleshooting: Identifying and resolving issues that arise during the fit-out and joinery process.
• Cost Control: Monitoring project expenses and ensuring they stay within budget.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Strong understanding of interior fit-out and joinery processes, including materials, techniques, and finishes.
• Experience in managing teams and subcontractors.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Proficiency in using relevant tools and equipment.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices.
• Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Experience in the UAE fit-out and joinery market is often preferred.
