OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Site Supervisor to oversee operations at our project sites. The ideal candidate will possess strong management skills and have a proven track record in supervising teams effectively. This role is crucial in ensuring that projects are completed on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards.

QUALIFICATIONS

• SSSTS Qualification
• Health and Safety & First Aid qualification
• Proven experience in a supervisory role within the construction or related industry.
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and manage conflicts effectively.
• Strong organisational skills with attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
• Maintain accurate records of site activities, including daily logs, incident reports, and inventory management.
