WE’RE LOOKING FOR A SITE SUPERVISOR IN THE RESIDENTIAL AND MIXED-USE DEVELOPMENT INDUSTRY.

Our client is an established and fast-growing real estate development firm based in Winnipeg. With multiple residential and commercial projects underway, they are seeking a hands-on and organized Site Supervisor to lead day-to-day site operations and ensure every project reflects the highest standards of quality, safety, and professionalism. This is a key role within a company poised for significant growth.

• Oversee and manage multiple active construction projects, including single-family, multi-family, and commercial builds
• Ensure every site meets high standards for quality, cleanliness, safety, and timeliness
• Coordinate and hold trades, suppliers, and site personnel accountable for quality, schedule, and site conduct
• Complete accurate daily site logs and required safety documentation
• Manage and track material orders, ensuring accuracy and timely deliveryConduct regular site inspections and proactively address delays, deficiencies, or safety issues
• Communicate clearly and consistently with the Operations Manager, trades, and suppliers
• Step in with basic cordless tools to handle minor on-site tasks when requiredMaintain accurate documentation and assist with inspection and permit processes
• Lead by example and demonstrate professionalism, humility, and a strong work ethic
