SITE SUPERVISOR – CIVIL SERVICES & EARTHWORKS 

We’re looking for an experienced Site Supervisor to join our team and lead civil construction projects across earthworks and civil services.

We’re looking for someone who:

• Has at least five years strong experience supervising earthworks and civil construction
• Can confidently manage crews, plant and subcontractors
• Understands levels, set-out, drainage and civil services
• Prioritises safety, quality and productivity
• Can read plans and work closely with project management and surveyors
• Has strong, positive, communication and leadership skills
• Takes ownership and leads by example on site

Key responsibilities

• Washing, cleaning and detailing mobile plant, vehicles and equipment
• Preparing plant and equipment for mobilisation to construction sites
• Assisting with loading and unloading trucks
• Moving vehicles and equipment around the yard
• Refuelling plant and equipment
• Collecting parts, consumables and supplies as required
• Assisting with incoming and outgoing plant and equipment
• Completing basic plant pre-start and condition checks
• Maintaining a clean, safe and organised yard
• Assisting with basic repairs and maintenance of small motors and equipment
