SITE SUPERVISOR

Location: Field-based across East Devon and West Somerset
Salary: £36,000 – £42,000 per annum

ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re looking for a hands-on Site Supervisor with experience in domestic and commercial construction projects. Whether you’re already supervising sites or ready to step up, this is a great opportunity to join a well-established company with nearly 30 years of success across the South West.
Reporting into a Contracts Manager you will oversee day-to-day site activity, working closely with trades such as roofers, carpenters, joiners, scaffolders, bricklayers, and general labourers to ensure smooth delivery of high-quality builds and refurbishments.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Supervise site teams and ensure work meets quality and safety standards
• Deliver toolbox talks and monitor site readiness
• Coordinate materials, schedules, and resources
• Liaise with internal teams and attend site meetings
