We are looking for a Site Supervisor to oversee day-to-day site activities for our villa, residential tower, and high-rise building projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring work is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and safety standards, while coordinating with subcontractors, site workers, and engineers.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Minimum 3–6 years of site supervision experience in UAE, preferably in villa and high-rise residential projects.
• Solid knowledge of construction methods, materials, and finishes.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and BOQs.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Familiarity with UAE construction regulations and authority requirements (e.g., DM, ADM, Trakhees, etc.).
• Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of AutoCAD is a plus.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience working with main contractors or consultants in the region.
• Basic knowledge of MEP coordination is a plus.
